Alain Pechon - Chairman

Alain Pechon brings more than 20 years of executive leadership to Kaidara, including previous management positions with Sun Microsystems, AMDAHL, and EMC. Alain served on the board of directors for numerous emerging technology companies. More recently, he was CEO of Calendra Software, directing its merger with BMC in 2005.

Damien Choisel - Chief Executive Officer

Damien Choisel serves as CEO, combining great business acumen and strong technical background. From the founding of Kaidara North America in 2000, he fostered top customer satisfaction, and turned it into a key asset for the company. Damien has successfully held various management positions running Services, Engineering, and then EMEA. He earned a Master Degree in Science and Executive Engineering from Mines ParisTech with highest honors, graduating at the top of his class.

Stratos Davlos - Chief Technology Officer

Stratos brings over 15 years of leadership in the Knowledge Management and CRM markets. Prior to Kaidara, Stratos served as a WW Vice President of Professional Services at eGain and Chief Scientist at Inference Corporation, responsible for the research and development of search engines, reasoning systems, self-learning diagnosis, and expert systems. His previous assignments include senior R&D positions at NES UK and in UK government projects. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from Cranfield University, UK.

Dave Duncan - Vice President, Professional Services

Leading both services and support, Dave ensures implementations are built-to-last with seamless transition to support for sustained business benefits. Prior to joining Kaidara, Dave was the Support Technologies Manager for a General Electric Healthcare medical imaging division, leading knowledge management, remote monitoring, sustaining engineering, service audit compliance, and Six Sigma defect avoidance programs. His previous assignments include ERP professional services for JD Edwards, and an aviation logistics officer in the US Army’s 1st Infantry Division in Germany and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Dave holds a BSE in Civil Engineering and Operation Research from Princeton University.
