650-417-2350 The most widely known recognized name in the snowmobile and ATV industry invests in customer support systems Los Altos, California — October 1, 2008 — Kaidara Software, Inc. announced today that Arctic Cat, Inc., a world leader in the design and delivery of snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles, implemented Kaidara’s knowledge management product suite to support their entire service operation.
Arctic Cat’s implementation of the Kaidara product suite – which included Advisor, Studio and Analytics was deployed in two phases. Phase 1, launched at the end of 2007 to support their snowmobile operation, which enabled Arctic Cat’s technical service team to harvest and retain critical knowledge with 15 years worth of snowmobile product history.
Based on the quick deployment and positive results of the Phase 1 implementation, a second phase covering their ATV products was launched in early March of 2008. The initial deployments are focused on providing an advanced diagnostic tool for Arctic Cat’s technical service team; subsequent phases will provide their dealer network with access to this knowledgebase through a web portal. Kaidara has a proven track record of delivering on their promises by partnering in the success of their customers. Because of Kaidara’s rapid implementation methodology and advanced knowledge solutions, we were able to roll out the initial internal KB within a 60 day timeframe.
